STATING THE OBVIOUS

Essential to BERU is activity from Commonwealth call areas.

Any proposed change to the structure of the event should be carefully 
considered with this firmly in mind.

Changes aimed at increasing participation from Commonwealth call areas are 
GOOD whilst changes which risk reducing such participation are BAD.

In my estimation, an increase in domestic emphasis will destroy the event.
