[UK-CONTEST] USB to Parallel Adapter

The issue with many of those devices is that they are USB parallel
printer adapters, not USB->Parallel port adapters - they come with a
Windows printer driver which drives the printer over USB - they don't
offer a LPT port interface to the PC at all. So software that expects
to be talking to an LPT port doesn't even come close to working.
