Thanks for the info. Sunset here is about 2115z so expect that might
help the first hour.
This will be the first test of the antenna. We have been working away
for the last month and now have a 2 element 160 meter full sized fixed
quad. It's pointed at Europe. The top is about 250 feet up. The tower
can easily be seen several miles off and it even shows up pretty well on
the Google satellite pictures.
Haven't fired up the antenna yet, but the SWR looks about right. I
assume it's OK for me to run 500 watts even though your side is limited
to 400 watts?
