Ed,

The calendar is actually in the 2008 Yearbook.

An interesting point though and the answer is yes the date does clash 
but the times do not.   If you are fast you can easily make it from 
Chepstow to Southampton in a couple of hours :-) .

Besides which, why is SSB AFS on a Saturday (and I might have difficulty 
finding a microphone in the shack!)

I have already moved the date of one Board meeting not to clash with a 
major contest but the problem is there are not enough Saturdays to go 
around.

January - AFS CW - 12th Jan, AFS SSB - 19th Jan
February - 80M CC - 4th - SSB, 13th Data, 21st CW.
