[UK-CONTEST] AFS 2008

CW AFS was always on a Sunday (well, once it moved from 160m anyway) but 
when we added the Phone contest it was felt that Saturday was a better 
choice, to minimise QRM to Sunday afternoon nets.

Next year's calendar will be out soon, and one feature is a change to 
the AFS rules so that teams are composed of 4 operators both for CW and 
phone.
