[UK-CONTEST] EU-wide FD Results

Hi Quin,

Thanks for the explanation - I had thought it might have been fear of 
our Data Protection laws!

I suspect quite a few of our competing groups are still unaware of 
Manfred's overall listings, or indeed that they can enter the DARC 
Contest in a section for stations outside Germany. Could I suggest that 
in your covering e-mail next year you indicate that the results of UK 
stations may be published elsewhere unless an entrant specifically 
request otherwise?

At present the casual reader of these results, especially from outside 
Region 1, would wrongly assume there is little participation from UK. 
Don't want people to think that FD is like so many other sports - 
invented in Britain but now we are in Division 3. 

Finally, Can I wish all Contestors a Happy Christmas and a Successful 
NewYear, and convey special thanks to the Members of the Contest 
Committee for their hard work over the past year, especiallly in 
bringing us results so much more quickly than we were accustomed to 
only a few years ago. I'm sure we all really appreciate your efforts.
