Hi all

Sorry for the bandwidth, but......

Anyone got a Towers International Transistor Selector or Transistor
Equivalents book handy ?

If so can you look up these two?

2SA1156: Looks like a general purpose PNP Silicon jobbie.
2SC2752: an NPN Silicon jobbie again (I think).

They are used in a Darlington pair to switch 80 - 100 volts, in series
with a relay. What I need is the nearest equivalent, so some specs would
be really useful.

This is to protect the TX/RX Relay in my 756 from an aggressive 80 volts
from an old valved linear....

Thanks all.

PS anyone found an on line equivalents database ? Seems like a good idea
to me !
