100% agree Pete. I guess the adjudicator could do a quick check of a few 
Cabrillo log files though I am not sure how many logging programs 
actually pick up the 2nd Rx/Tx frequency if the entrant use SO2V and, 
anyway,  it could be doctored before submission!

It is a bad rule now for three reasons :
1 - With SSB encroaching down to at least 1840 the effective sub-band is 
reduced to just 20KHz.
2 - It doesn't make sense to ban UK contesters from a segment being used 
by other contesters.
3 - UK participation in these events has reduced significantly over the 
last 10 years so we are more reliant on non-UK contacts.
