[UK-CONTEST] Keycode Substitution - corrections

Thanks Paul, and Pual EI5DI. On reflection I don't think I will change 
anything at this late stage, with less than 2 hours to go!! I will 
experiment later!

Just thought it would be nice to have big Plus key do TU / Enter as in 
CT style, since my hand would be close to the keyer paddle also
