Absolutely nothing.  It threw me the first time too, why they call it a "sprint", I have no idea because there isn't the usual qsy after a run qso rule, they just mean "sprint" as in "get a lot of qsos in very quickly".  >From the BARTG site "The idea of a sprint contest is to go as fast as you can and make as many contacts as you can in a fixed period."

Maybe they used "sprint" in the name before it became synonymous with a qsying contest?

NB the exchange though, which is :  "Serial number only."
