[UK-CONTEST] VHF NFD

Well I shall be there on 70MHz - I hope some of you guys in England, 
Wales and Southern Scotland remember to occasionally turn your beams > 
IO77. 
Let's see some more CW activity too - am convinced many Portables 
missed QSO points in last year's FD through using SSB only.
