[UK-CONTEST] Strange signals on 28 MHz

Hi Derek - Tnx for info. In all my years have never heard the like. Condx 
must be good tonight.  Combined beam headings from the website and this 
evening indicate the pair I was listening to are in the Northern Med, around 
Corsica / Sardinia - always assuming they haven't been moved too far.  I can 
actually hear them from 230degrees round to 90degrees but they definitely 
peak at 120-130degrees.

The $64,000 dollar question is: Are they legal?
