[UK-CONTEST] Contesting + support

Tammie, you can add two more success to your list. Taking the initiative 
to subscribe to this Reflector and making a posting to a large group of 
UK contesters of varying experince and levels. I think what you have 
achieved so far is really great and will be watching for your callsign 
to appear in the listings. There are many contests to have a go at and 
it is difficult to sugggest any particular one. I can think of a few 
coming up over the next few months that might interest you if you have 
access to an HF station.

SSB Field Day in September is good fun, RSGB 21/28MHz in October if the 
bands are open!! Later in the month is CQWW SSB as you already know. A 
couple of years ago I hosted 16 year old M3CNG here, I mentally set him 
some targets in operating style and he achieved them all. ARRL 10m in 
December is great fun, particularly if the band opens to US. Of course, 
IOTA Contest is in 10 days time! Spend some time listening to a good 
operator, see how they do it.
