[UK-CONTEST] CW - Low Power Field Day this Sunday 20th July 2008

Dear all,

Just a reminder that the Low Power Field Day contest is on Sunday.  There 
are two sessions - 0900 - 1200 UTC and 1300 - 1600 UTC.  3510 - 3580 KHz and 
7000 - 7040 KHz (both bands may be used in each session)
This gives an opportunity to have a leisurely lunch break.  There are a 
number of radio clubs which manage to operate the two sessions and include a 
BBQ and club day out, so lets hope the weather is as good as it has been in 
previous years.

There are four sections:

(a) Fixed (b) Portable, both sections 10W RF output maximum.
(c) Fixed (d) Portable, both sections 3W RF output maximum.

Sections: Single or multi-operator 

Because of the gentle run rate it's a good opportunity for beginners to wet their lips and have a go. 
(Yes - stations will QRS for you).    This is  a QRP contest but QRO stations can give 
points to those operating. Sorry but QRO logs will only be accepted as check logs but are very welcome.
