I am not sure that any other figures exist in the public domain - if so, I  
could not find them. It is hard to predict what the result of multiple  
licences being held is because I have certainly heard people working  
contest stations more than once using different callsigns.

I would be surprised if the underlying trend in the number of licence  
holders mirrors the QSO figures though.
