Hi Cambell,

<<  what can we do about a station who we knew could hear us and willfully 
ignored us on many bands and over a long period of  time despite repeatedly 
calling. No names, but the station was a new mult for us and in my opinion 
did not enter into the spirit of the contest.

Is there a reporting structure where a complaint could be made ?   >>

I think the IOTA contest supremo (Don, G3XTT) would be very interested to 
hear about this.
