I am not down that way again until the last week of the month, but if you
havnt been able to sort out some assistance for Chas by then I should be
able to call in there on my way down to SW Wales w/b 25/8.

Is there anyone in south Wales who would be prepared to visit an Old 
Timer (86 years old!) to help sort his HF9V out? He lives in the Brecon 
area.

The antenna works OK on all bands except 6m which he would like to use.

Chas has been very active over many years and has supported RSGB 
contests. It would be nice if we could pay that support back.
