As the rule isn't couched in mandatory terms, you should be OK, but the east
EU boys do tend to take a rather up-front attitude to logging *errors*, so
you could have a problem. In the LZ open event in January, I discovered
(after the event) that QSOs are only scored if the other guy has actually
submitted a log and all the data matches, so my nice 80m W's were a complete
waste of space!
