[UK-CONTEST] CQ WPX this coming weekend

I've just become aware of this contest this weekend, wondered if  
anyone could advise me

this section:
(b) Low Power (SINGLE-OP LOW or SINGLE-OP [BAND] LOW): Same as 1(a)  
except that output power shall not exceed 100 watts. Stations in this  
category will compete only with other low power stations.

How do I know what section someone has entered in - how do you avoid  
working someone in a section that wont qualify for a point?
