[UK-CONTEST] RadCom Contest Results insert

You forget Alex, that RadCom is the official journal of The RSGB and is
the only permanent record. Web Sites come and go.
The results are already published on the Internet, so there is no delay
in that respect. It is a supplement, not a "supplement" as you call it.
These are extra pages, so those people who have other interests are
still getting their share as normal.
I thought it was a very good issue of RadCom this month, compared to
some in recent times. I found a lot to interest, most of it was not
contest related.
