[UK-CONTEST] RadCom Contest Results insert

For a specialist supplement such as this, it would seem reasonable for it to 
be passed by the HFCC before publication, at least at the draft stage, so 
that glaring omissions can be identified.  Anybody know of a way to achieve 
this?
