[UK-CONTEST] RadCom Contest Results insert

You are all lucky.  For the second month in a row my RadComm has not 
arrived and they won't post another until 10 days have gone by, since 
that is their delivery agreement with Royal Mail.  One isolated incident 
I can understand, but 2 in a row points the finger more at the RSGB than 
Royal Mail.  Is anyone else having this problem?
