Accent, voice type, diction and the way the other station learned 
English (whether in school or at their mother's knee). For example, for 
some reason Russian speakers seem to hear the 'Tango' in my callsign as 
'Papa' when conditions are less than perfect.

All in all, I think I have one of the less bustable suffixes on either 
CW or SSB, though.
