[UK-CONTEST] SSB Field Day - GU4CHY/P

After several months of planning, a team consisting of G3SJJ, G3SVL, 
G3ZQH, GU4CHY and GU4EON will be taking part in the RSGB/IARU Region 1 
SSB Field Day Restricted Section this weekend. It has been very much a 
team effort with tasks not so much allocated as falling naturally to 
each of us. We have an excellent site and a well researched and made 
antenna. Even at this late stage we were able to rely on our GU 
colleagues to arrange alternative accomodation to a tent given the 
appalling forecasted weather conditions. After 10 years, 1996-2005, of 
entering the IOTA Contest, the GU8D team still survives and we are all 
looking forward to meeting up again and renewing our friendships. Our GU 
resident wine expert will of course be organising suitable training on 
Friday and Sunday evenings. A QSO per band 80-10m would be most 
appreciated if you hear us.
