I have taken over as RSGB Sub Manager for the above series of 
callsigns.   Once I have
obtained all the material from the existing Buro I will puiblish my 
plans.   In the meantime,

 From experience it would be better to use a "class" stamp ie first or 
second rather than a monetary value (which will go out of date if the 
postage rises).   I expect to get the current material from the Buro 
next week.
