[UK-CONTEST] Elecraft XV144 Transverter

Hi Bill

I don't have the XV-144 but I do have several other Elecraft products, and
they're really good. Also, Elecraft's support is excellent, if you should
have any difficulties.

I looked closely at the XV-144 some while ago, and I do have reservations
because the heatsinking of the PA module looked insufficient. But I'm sure
there are hundreds of them out there working fine.

You could join the Elecraft reflector if you want to seek further feedback.
