[UK-CONTEST] 4m/6m contest in Es season

Hi Malcolm,
I've only just realised that PW have moved their 2m contest to June and 
introduced a 4m contest which as you say makes a lot of sense and gives 
a good weekend.  I'm not sure I agree about the difficulty of one 
operator running two bands.  I'm sure there would be a single operator 
category for such a contest so everyone would have the same issues and 
operator skill would become a bigger factor in the result.  Also with 
equipment almost all HF transceivers have 6m these days so I wouldn't 
have thought it would be too difficult to put on a joint station.
