[UK-CONTEST] 80m cc

I understand peoples thinking on this, but it would rather  
disassociate those clubs who are entering in the sprit of the contest,  
but have some far flung members. And what about members who are on  
holiday and happen to want to join in?

I don't believe there is an easy answer that will please all.
