What can I say

Conditions down here were dreadful, signals were mostly weak and watery with severe QSB.

On the bright side I managed to work more GMs than I normally do with Andy OEG being the furthest into GM.

Activity from GW was amazingly low, normally I work quite a few from Wales but this time I actually worked more GMs!

It was equally poor beaming out to the east and I never did make it into the 30 line.

I normally rely on a few EIs to pop up,but I only worked a couple of them and they were both in the same loc (Thanks Jim and Trevor).

I still enjoy this contest when I am here at home, but I must say this one tested my hearing capability to the maximum. It could have been worse however, I could have been up in IO85 with Gordon and Phil putting antennas up in the snow, rather than sitting in my nice warm comfy shack!
