When I do a search in DXsummit it seems to say :-

G4CLA 144224.7 GD8EXI
1117 06 Dec Isle of Man
G4CLA 144355.0 G8BNE IO94
1114 06 Dec England
G4CLA 144194.0 GM8OEG IO86
1110 06 Dec Scotland

Not quite so long ago then ?

Pete, G4CLA.

If they heard you working that frequency instead then it certainly would be inferred that you were self spotting.
>
> To be perfectly honest, I don't lose sleep about so called self spotting, on VHF+. Life's too short to worry about the ethics of someone telling people of a like minded interest they're about, in particular if they're far from the madding crowd. We need activity more than saints.
>
> All this discussion about the DX-cluster and the Contest Committee rules and their recommendations made me think, do they practise what they preach after imposing the changes on everyone in the UK?
>
> First choice to research on the VHF side of the CC couldn't fail to be Pete, G4CLA.
>
> Looking at 70cm as Peter currently leads to restricted section in the UKAC then unless DX-Summit files are wrong he hasn't spotted one UK station since G8P in 2004 when G8P won two trophies that May contest and I trust Pete was at home and not operating G8P as usual that year. Prior to that the last G he spotted was in 1999, 10 years ago.
> Do as I say, not as I do springs to mind.
>
> Psychic awareness must have played a part with 3 UK stations spotted this month during 2m UKAC whilst back In May fellow CC member MM0CCC/P got a rare UK station spot. You have to go back to 2005 before you find the next UK station spotted.
