[UK-CONTEST] RAEM CONTEST

Like Nigel, I decided to give the RAEM contest a try. But I did it the opposite way round from Nigel, and came on for about 1.5 hours after getting up. Had 30 QSOs (gave up at 30 to remedy tea deficiency and feed rebellious cats) most on 20m with a few on 40. Great fun, and the lat/long format made it interesting. Ashamed to say that for the first few QSOs I had to write the incoming data down on paper and then copy it onto the computer - but once I "got my ears in" it was fine. Likewise all QSOs were to the East of me. Will definitely give it a more try (probably more serious) next year.
