[UK-CONTEST] RAEM Contest... nice exchange!

I had a dabble for the last 90 minutes of RAEM, mostly S&P. 20m full of 
ex USSR stations and quite a bit of activity on 15. Exchange certainly 
makes you work!

Stuck a note in the calendar to have a full time effort next year, just 
a shame it starts at such a horrible time..
