[UK-CONTEST] BERU 2010 News

Hi

I have just started to update the Commonwealth Contest pages for the 
2010 event so if you have any ideas for BERU contest expeditions then 
please let me know.  So far I have 3B9, J3, VP2M, J6, 5X so there are 
plenty of interesting places left!  I don't have any team info yet.

I have included what news I have so far including a link to the 2010 
rules page.  I will update regularly from now on.
