[UK-CONTEST] Microphone / Headset Question

My headset is the Proset-4. It comes complete with the HC-4 insert so is  the 
"real job". The 4 seems to have punchier audio than the 5 which is why I got  
it - makes up for the pipsqueak signal!
 
Just to add to the comments on conditions last night. You can see from  the 
robot what sort of QSO totals we all made. Quite a range considering  the core 
group here is within 15-20 miles of each other. Our east Devon  "outliers" 
obviously had the best fun. Conditions certainly changed through the  evening. I 
tossed a coin and decided to run rather than S&P which is often a  better bet 
for this area in the early months. Very slow first 30 mins, good  rate for the 
next 30 then a slow decline into nothingness! Evidence of  one way paths and 
very changing paths here. Quite dramatic swings in signal  strengths. The good 
side was it was much better than January!
