[UK-CONTEST] Redundant contest reports? (SSB CC (and other80mcontests))

Not to forget the many Listener section contests there used to be, how well
these were supported and the grounding they provided for potential future
contest participants.

I note that last year the Hanson Trophy wasn't awarded.
