Hi Dave.

I thought that the minimum RST was 339 for DXCC.  My one and only QSO 
with P29 was on 15M SSB and I have a QSL card with a signal report of R5 
S0 (obviously taken from his S meter), so I'm glad I can count that one 
for DXCC now.

Good luck with the transcription of logs.  I started that task many 
years ago.  If it helps, G4LMW has a program on his web page that 
converts Excel spreadsheets into ADIF format, which might save you a bit 
of typing.
