[UK-CONTEST] CC Contest RSGB membership

I feel it's unfair that all operators in the CC Championship have to be RSGB members, I thought the HFCC were trying to promote contests to the newer amateurs, many of which are young and cannot afford membership.
I do feel that the HFCC are shooting themselves in the foot regarding this rule. Naturally all clubs should be affiliated to the RSGB.
