Having had the opportunity to run from a couple of these (most recently in PJ4) you may be interested that, apart from 160m, i only ran about 500W tops, and never needed any more, several M3s made it into the log, which i was very pleaseed to see, and the Eu Zoo behaved well for a change when asked to stand by for QRP stations.

Yes i do run a linear at home capable of 1KW, but usually its ticking over at around 300 - 350. I do know i'm lucky with the QTH which helps.
