[UK-CONTEST] AFS Contest Entry Query

While the AFS rules indicate distributed teams of up to 4 stations, 
presumably one of those teams could be or include the club station 
under the club call as a multi-operator stn.

This would give more opportunity for members without hf contest 
experience to learn in a multi-operator environment, so it may 
even be common!
