[UK-CONTEST] SD key the rig problem

I am extremely grateful to everyone that responded back to me on the SD
keying problem. The problem has since been resolved. It was the a
configuration issue: the solution was to type in the command "PTTOFF". All
is now working.

Again, thanks to everyone that responded - I am very grateful, and I hope to
see you all later in AFS....
