[UK-CONTEST] VHF-NFD Fixed Stations

3LZQ has forgotten the quaint British technique of only reading the rules if
you have a problem - its exactly the same a "when all else fails RTFM"
I am sure that if the rule makers thought that their rules would be read
then we would get a set of sensible rules!
