There were quite a few NA on 40m during the end on Sunday. What surprised me
was I was beating most of the Eastern EUs calling them. And this was with
just a horizontal dipole at about 25 feet.

It seemed a very relaxed event. (Not that I have been on WPX for a couple of
decades!).
What with the weather being so nice, the nightmare of doing some furniture
removal requiring the removal of a window and climbing a ladder plus going
to a Strawbs concert - only had a few hours on before I was falling asleep
on the K3! Zzzzzzzzz

What's next?!

stations available to EU in WPX last weekend?
