[UK-CONTEST] New CQ WW Category

Having had a look at this I see no issue. It is a category on its own
as any other and apart from the use of Internet for spotting and the
like, all the contesting activity takes place using RF.

Maybe those who tend to cheat in the unassisted categories etc will
move to this new one and leave the rest of us to enjoy contesting in
whatever way we wish. There are plenty of sections for all to enjoy.

Now if they were using IRLP or Echolink I could understand the
argument against it. However, that is not the case so the Skype
argument is invalid.

Radio contesting is about RF, however we should not ignore technology
that can improve our skills in whatever way. After all, using
computer logs is just not contesting .... is it? ;)
