Fred is correct, there are two broadcasting periods in a year, Axx and 
Bxx where xx denotes the year.   Historically the summer schedule has 
always started at 0001 UTC on the last Sunday in March and A09 is the 
29th.   The winter schedule (B09) will start on the last Sunday in 
October i.e. the 25th, a date which is also of interest to the 
contesting community.
