[UK-CONTEST] PLT Petition

I'm going to be controvertial here - I'm running PLT to get the PCs round 
the house networked and experience a tiny amount of QRM on a few spot freqs, 
I get much more from other devices, particularly the non-CE marked PC PSU I 
got off eBAY and the LCD TV. Yes, I'm an active ham and contester on 80m-2m, 
the 80m dipole is attached to the house, so not far from the PLT devices, 
and I have a very low noise floor (out in the countryside) so I do notice 
when local QRM appears.

Perhaps I got lucky, I'm using 85M Homeplug Turbo devices: thankfully I got 
loaned a couple to try out before I bought, as I was worried about EMC. But 
from my perspective, they're not as bad as everyone is making out.
