[UK-CONTEST] 80M CC SSB G4RCG

Not seen any posts about last nights CC so here is mine.
Last night was one of the worst CC's I have ever done, the qrm level was horendous, I had got a nice reasonably quiet qrg to start on and was blasted out by a well known station who came right on top of me and stayed there, struggled to work about 8 in the 1st 15 - 20 mins so moved off and went S & P for 10 mins then found a reasonably qrm free run freq'  and just went for it. 
The noise levels dropped just before 21.00 which made it a lot easier to work everyone calling. 
Dont think this SSB mode will ever catch on........ roll on the CW CC !!
