[UK-CONTEST] Domineering VHF Contest Stations

Don't forget that the RSGB Convention this year includes a VHF and Up stream
and one of the sessions scheduled is a VHF Contest Forum. I don't suggest
that we should wait until then to debate ideas for VHF contesting but it is
a forum where the ideas could be encapsulated.

We have asked that the RSGB Contest committee be available for the forum and
hope that they will be able to be represented but even if they can't it will
be a useful time to discuss the contest ideas.
