I am an amateur radio contester. I have been since the 1970's - before anyone had computers let alone the internet. Operating as G8LVS, G3UNU, G4LIP, G8P and M0RRC on all VHF bands up to 24GHz - most VHF+ contesters (across Europe) will have heard of at least one or two of those calls. I have always been at the forefront of contest technology, with the sole driving force of working DX, and have introduced a large number of newcomers to both amateur radio and contesting. How about you?
