Or made optional....

Of course if you are putting on an entry in HF NFD you MUST send /P 
otherwise nobody will be claiming the extra points for working 
portables - and also in Low Power Field Day. It also helps enormously 
if you really ARE portable, eg on a SOTA or IOTA trip. I am all in 
favour of continuing to add /P (or /A where appropriate) to callsigns 
regardless of it being optional - just the same as most of us continue 
to keep logs despite there now being no requirement.
