Many thanks for this very welcome and helpful info/news.  I note that 
the full name is to be exchanged but the abbreviated form is to be 
logged.  In some cases,  various versions of club titles have been 
exchanged from time to time, so can you please clarify that the 
abbreviated title listed in the referenced file will be accepted, 
irrespective of the actual form of words used by the operator in the 
exchange?
